Chapter 43 -

For a while, the two roamed throughout the hospital, going through hall after hall... Floor after floor...
Trying to find the exit to no avail, with the hopital maps on random walls only further confusing Servine
as Gardevoir began groaning. "Still in hospital... Getting annoying..." she grumbled, Servine facing her
with an irritated "Well excuse me!!" type of sound, suddenly walking forward causing Gardevoir to stumble
forward with an irritated and embarrased scowl. Unfortunately... Little did the two know they had created
an interesting bit of trouble throughout the hospital, as many patients and visitors had begun reporting
seeing a Pokemon covered in blood strolling through the buiding, led by another Pokemon on a leash. Feeling
as though it was a metter of the hospital suddenly being haunted, many of the buidings staff had started
seeking the two out, trailing them from hall to hall as the reports followed them wherever they went, with
several people nervously following the two from behind and muttering towards one another. "Get out... Get
out... Hurryyy..." Gardevoir groaned with a slump, slowly beginning to drag her feet as Servine started to
sweat more and more, a bit of anxiety starting to crawl up her spine as the feeling of going in constant
circles scratched away at her nerves.

Finally, the two got on yet another elevator, and once again feeling as if they were just going to wind up
on another random floor, Servines eyes suddenly went wide as it opened and revealed the buildings exit before
them, suddenly dashing out of the elevator while letting out "freedom freedom!!" noises, nearly dragging
Gardevoir behind her as she stumbled trying to keep up, waving her free hand around rapidly. "Slow down!!
Run into something!!" she shout nervously. Getting closer and closer to the doors, the receptionists noticed
the two and suddenly paged the guards, shutting down the exit from behind the desks near the doors as guards
rushed out from a nearby office towards the two, quickly standing in their way causing Servine to stop and
slip onto the floor, making Gardevoir run and trip ight over her and into the guards with a loud shout before
bouncing off them and falling backwards, landing on top of Servine causing her eyes to bug out and her tongue
to shoot from her mouth like a party favor. "What happened?! That hurt!!" Gardevoir shout, rubbing and shaking
her head as Servine flailed underneath her, shouting in a "no duh!!" way as she finally managed to pop herself
out from underneath Gardevoir, clutching her chest while taking deep breaths. Looking down at the two, the guards
started muttering together before waving at the receptionists and nodding at them, slowly helping Gardevoir stand
back up as the nurses started paging more staff.

"We've been getting countless reports throughout the hospital of two Pokemon causing some trouble... We're gonna
have to ask you to stay put." the guards told them, causing Servine to groan and slump onto the floor in a "but
we FINALLY found the way out!!" kind of tone, Gardevoir facing different directions confused. "Trouble...? Not
causing trouble... Looking for way out. Chris here... He tell us to have fun... In town... He can't leave..."
she responded, facing down with a slump of her own. "Not want to leave him... He order... So we go." she told
them, the guards facing one another in surprise. "Its telepathy... That's rare..." they muttered as several
nurses started walking towards them from another elevator. "So your trainer is a patient here? And... He told
you two to go into the city? Looking like that?" one of the guards asked, crossing his arms in doubt. "Looking
like... What...? Look fine... Right?" Gardevoir responded, Servine taking a moment to look at her as well before
slapping herself on the forehead with a groan, realizing she had been walking with her still covered in blood as
well, a look of humiliation showing as she covered her face in embarrassment. "Uhh... No... Not fine... What are
you, blind?" the guard asked, causing Gardevoir to jolt and slowly face down sadly. "Yes... Blind... Born blind.
One reason Chris here... Can't see so... Protecting hard... He protect us... Too much..." she told the guards,
causing them to sweat slightly and look away. "Ahh... Sorry about that... Explains why that Servine was guiding you
then..." they muttered nervously. "L... Look... You can't go out in the city looking like that. Our staff will
lead you to our baths so you can clean up... After that the receptionist has a tag each of you can wear so the
hospital and people in the city know you have an owner and where he is." they told the two as the nurses reached
them, bowing and looking the two over.
